Our tour will take place during a time when the Northern Hemisphere humpback whales return to Costa Rica to mate, give birth, and nurse their young. With coastlines on both the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea, Costa Rica is one of the few countries in the world with more marine territory than terrestrial area. There are many other species to see including a variety of birds from Macaws to Shoebills, a variety of monkeys, sloth, salt water crocodiles and on rare occasions jaguars!
